When is the shop open?

The London showroom is trading Monday to Friday between 9:30am and 5:30pm and Saturdays 10:00am and 4:30pm.
The Worthing workshop is open Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm

Come along to browse accessories, sheet music and instruments! We will continue to limit numbers in each shop to maintain social distancing; this may mean you have to queue outside during busy periods

Instruments and accessories will continue to be available for testing by appointment only. We have three well ventilated rooms available for instrument testing.

For each room, there are three 120-minute (2hr) appointment-slots on weekdays and two 150-minute (2½hr) slots on Saturdays:

• Monday – Friday
  • 10:00 to 12:00
  • 12:30 to 14:30
  • 15:00 to 17:00
• Saturdays
  • 10:30 to 13:00
  • 13:30 to 16:00

How can I pay?

We can take card payments in the shop, or they can be made online, or over the phone during shop hours.

Are Howarth doing repairs?

Our repair staff will continue to offer an appointment-based repairs service subject to our instrument handling policy .

Repairs must be booked before travelling to the shop to drop off the instrument.
